Kraid is a main character of the series.
Appearance[]
Kraid is too large to be shown in a normal panel, therefore, only the lower half of his body is usually shown. He appears as a giant, obese dinosaur like creature with a reptilian head. His head is usually off-panel due to his height.
Story[]
Kraid is very large and stupid, and thinks only of eating things. He is usually a brute grunt for Mother Brain. Kraid has his head blown off by Samus halfway through season 1, but returns in season 4 only to have his head destroyed again by the Future Writer at the beginning of season 5. Later, he helps Samus and the others in their quest to stop the Future Writer. He is killed permanently by the Future Writer when he is electrocuted.
