Season twelve of T3H Metroid Galaxy continues where season 11 left off, with Samus encountering Master Chief and the Covenant army. The heroes of both franchises must team up to stop the High Prophet of Truth from activating an ancient artifact known as the Ark, which will in turn activate the Halos, weapons of mass destruction that will wipe out all life in the galaxy.
